Lead response time. Speed to first contact is one of the strongest predictors of conversion in any pipeline, yet it's rarely tracked with any rigor. We pull your actual response-time data across every channel — form fills, chat, inbound calls, chatbot handoffs — and measure it against your industry's benchmark window.
