1. Introduction

Welcome to HuboExperts. By using our website, services, and related tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered

HuboExperts is a certified HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner offering CRM setup, marketing automation, integrations, and related consulting services.

3. Payments

All payments for services are agreed upon in advance and will be outlined in the signed proposal or contract shared with the client. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services in case of delayed or incomplete payments.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds or cancellations are governed strictly by the terms stated in your signed agreement with HuboExperts.

• Refunds are applicable only if explicitly mentioned in the signed agreement.

• If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 45 business days.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@huboexperts.com and are subject to review based on the agreement terms.

Note: No refunds shall be issued for services already rendered or partially completed unless clearly stated in the contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables — including documentation, code, reports, or creative assets — remain the intellectual property of HuboExperts unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

HuboExperts shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, India.
